Saf-T-Lite Sales Return Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with SafTLite. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • You may return new, unused items purchased from the SafTLite online store within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at sales@saftlite.com or 260-824-3440 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
  • Include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
  • Ship the return to the address provided with the RA number.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, or the return is a result of our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive the returned items, they will be inspected for eligibility.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
